Building Your Search
Now that we understand the general layout, we can begin to build our search.
Select the type of data you want to view (Properties, Spaces, Deals, Comps, Companies, or Contacts) from the drop-down menu.
Tip: Selecting the circle next to a data type sets it as your personal default.
Use the filter buttons in the Search Bar to construct your query. Click More to access advanced filters for narrowing results.
As you apply filters, results will update in the Results Panel. Select a property to view details and its exact location on the map.
Viewing and Taking Action on Results
Change the View settings to display different types of information, such as owner contacts or management companies. Options vary depending on the search type.
For Properties, Spaces/Units, and Comps, you can:
Select results, then click the mail icon to generate an email with those listings.
Send the email directly from Rethink to any contact in your database.
Use this feature to easily compile PDFs of listings and comps to share with clients.
Create a shareable tour map of selected properties.
Create site selections and relate them to active deals.
Export properties directly from GEOsearch into a CSV.
More information on the Property Sites feature can be found in this article.
