GEOsearch can be customized by following the steps in this article. Each area of interest has its own set of instructions.

To access GEOsearch settings:

1. Click the App Launcher, then search for and select 'Rethink Settings'.

2. In the left pane, expand 'Geosearch Settings'. There are two options: Filters and Display Fields.

Filters will allow you to create custom search filters like the ones shown below, including the ones found under the "More" menu.

Display Fields will allow you to customize the fields that are displayed throughout various areas in GEOsearch.

4. Start by customizing your search filters. Select the desired search type (comp, deal, property, etc.), then choose whether to add the filter to the main navigation or under the "More" menu.

Click the + button to add a filter. Use the same naming convention as the existing filters (e.g., "DEAL - xxxxx"), choose the field to use, then select the correct field type.

Click Save before leaving the page.

5. After adding all of your custom filters and saving your changes, go to Display Fields. More on each specific area can be found in the sections below.

6. To add a field to a section, click the [+] button at the end of the row. Alternatively, to remove a field, click the [x] right next to that field.

7. After the desired changes have been made, click Save.

To customize the 'Sort By' menu shown above, edit the 'Sort By Options' area:

To customize the fields displayed in the search results panel and map marker shown above, edit the 'Marker Fields' section.

The Marker Fields section is what controls the order in which the fields appear in the search results panel.

To customize the email template fields shown above, edit the 'Email Fields' section:

Note: 'Contact' and 'Company' search types do not support email functionality from GEOsearch.

To customize the fields in the CSV export (only available for Properties record type), edit the 'GEOsearch CSV' section:

To customize the fields in the PDF template, edit 'PDF Fields 1', 'PDF Fields 2', and 'PDF Fields 3':

Note: PDF Fields only accepts 255 characters. Leverage PDF Fields 2 and PDF Fields 3 to add additional fields.

'Contact' and 'Company' search types do not support PDF functionality from GEOsearch.
