Once you’ve built your prospect universe, the next step is organizing those properties and owners into prospecting lists. Prospecting lists help you group targets together so you can work them systematically—whether that’s calling through a territory, tracking a set of owners, or focusing on a specific asset type. Organized lists make outreach more focused and easier to track over time.
In Rethink, prospecting lists are commonly created using GEOsearch or List Views.
Create Lists with GEOsearch
GEOsearch allows you to visualize your records on a map and filter them by geography or property attributes. This is useful when you want to work a specific territory, submarket, or property cluster. GEOsearch provides a map-based view that helps users search and visualize records geographically.
How it works:
Open the GEOsearch tab
Apply filters such as location, property type, or ownership criteria
Review the properties that appear on the map
Select the records you want to work
Click the [+] to save those records to a list
Best for:
Targeting a specific neighborhood or market
Identifying clusters of properties
Working geographic territories
Create Lists with List Views
List Views allow you to filter records already saved in your CRM and organize them into a working list.
How it works:
Open the Properties, Contacts, or Prospects tab
Create or select a List View
Apply filters (market, property type, owner, etc.)
Select the resulting records
Select Add to List from the menu
Best for:
Organizing existing CRM data
Building lists by ownership type or asset class
Quickly returning to the same target group later
Once your lists are built, you can move to the next step: launching outreach and logging activity against those targets.
