Launch Outreach

Once your prospecting lists are built, the next step is to begin outreach to the owners and contacts in those lists. This is where your pipeline starts to grow. The goal of this step is simple: connect with prospects, track interactions, and record outcomes so every touchpoint moves the relationship forward.

In Rethink, outreach is typically done directly from your prospecting lists or prospecting console, allowing you to move through your targets efficiently while capturing activity along the way.

Work Through Your Prospecting List

Start with the prospecting list created in the previous step. This list contains the properties or owners you plan to contact.

How it works:

  1. Open your prospecting list from the List widget in the lower-left corner

  2. Click the Play button to begin

  3. Review the property and owner information

  4. Begin outreach using the available contact methods

  5. Log outcomes, then click Next

Call Prospects Using Click-to-Dial

If a phone number is available, you can call directly from the record using Rethink’s click-to-dial functionality if you’ve integrated a dialer.

How it works:

  1. Open the contact or prospect record

  2. Click the phone number and your integrated dialer will place the call

  3. After the call, record the outcome

Send Outreach Emails

Email is another common outreach method and can be sent directly from Rethink.

How it works:

  1. Open the contact record

  2. Click the Email option in the Activity panel

  3. Write or select a template

  4. Send the message and track the communication

This keeps all correspondence tied to the contact’s activity history.

Log Outcomes and Notes

Every outreach attempt—whether it’s a call, voicemail, or email—should be logged so you can track progress and plan next steps.

How it works:

  1. Log the call or activity in the record’s Activity panel

  2. Select an outcome (connected, voicemail, no answer, etc.)

  3. Add notes from the conversation

  4. Save the activity

Once outreach is underway, the next step is to set follow-ups and callbacks so every interaction leads to the next action.
