The Rethink Product Support team is here to help you succeed in navigating our product and getting the most out of our software. We can help to recommend articles and training or report issues that arise while using our platform. You can get in touch with our team of product experts by using the information below:

From within the Rethink Help Center

The easiest way to contact the Product Support team is by using the widget within the Rethink Help Center:

  1. Select the Support widget in the bottom right corner of your screen

  2. Ask our chatbot for assistance! Our bot will recommend relevant materials and FAQs.

  3. While our bot will give each question a shot, you can always select 'Wait for the Team' after it responds to be put in touch with our human-staffed Support Team!

By phone

While not all issues can be resolved live on the phone, phone support allows customers to submit detailed requests by speaking directly to a live agent. Complex issues will then be escalated and followed up on via email. To get in touch with our Product Support Team, you can reach us at 888-803-2343.

Our team is available to assist during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
