Granting Login Access to Your CRM

Buildout may ask you to grant login access to your org for a certain duration to assist with a question, issue, or other request.

Granting login access will allow our team to temporarily access the application using your login in order to troubleshoot and fix issues.

Typically, we will need the system administrator to grant login access, but there may be occasions where an affected user will also be asked grant login access to allow us to step through their personal user experience.

How to Grant Login Access

1. At the top of any page, click your profile avatar (round image in the top right corner).

2. Select Settings.

3. Go to My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access in the left pane.

4. Select 'Buildout Support' and grant access for 1 month, then click Save.

5. Let the support agent know when you've completed these steps.

If you do not see the "Buildout Support" option, contact your system adminstrator.
