Our support team may ask you to grant login access to your org for a certain duration to assist you with a question, issue, or request.
Granting login access will allow our team to temporarily access the application using your login in order to troubleshoot and fix issues.

How to Grant Login Access
1. At the top of any page, click your profile avatar (round image in the top right corner).
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access in the left pane.
4. Select 'Buildout Support' and grant access for at least 1 week, then click Save.
5. Let the support agent know when you've completed these steps.
If you do not see the "Buildout Support" option, consult your System Admin.
