When considering adding a new user in Rethink, you'll need to know how many licenses you currently have. Knowing how many license you have will help avoid issues when attempting to add the user. In this article, I'll walk you through process of where to find this information within Rethink.
1) Access the Setup Menu
2) Search for Company Information in the quick find search box
3) When you arrive at the company information page you'll want to locate the user license section (as seen below)
4) Within this section, you'll find a column for the remaining license types. The type of license Rethink utilizes is called "Salesforce Platform".
If you need to add a user and do not have sufficient licenses you can for contact support@rethinkcrm.com for assistance in obtaining more licenses. If you have enough licenses to add another user; you can utilize this guide if you require assistance with adding a new user to your org.
