For support around third party applications and integrations (e.g. MailChimp, Cirrus Insight, RingCentral, etc.) you will be asked to work directly with the app provider's support team directly.

The easiest way to contact our support team is by using the widget in the Rethink Help Center:
Select the support widget in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Ask our chatbot for assistance! Our bot will recommend relevant materials and FAQs.
While our bot will give each question a try, you can always select 'Wait for the Team' after it responds to be put in touch with our human-staffed support team!

While not all issues can be resolved live on the phone, our phone support allows customers to submit detailed requests by speaking directly to a live agent. Complex issues will then be escalated and followed up on via email. To get in touch with our Product Support Team, call 888-803-2343.
