To create a report that tracks the login history of all users in your CRM, follow these steps:
Login to Rethink or Apto:
Go to your instance and log in.
Access Reports:
Navigate to the "Reports" tab.
Create a New Report:
Click "New Report".
In the "Choose Report Type" window, search for and select the "Users" report type.
Customize the Report:
Optionally, once the report builder opens, click on the "Filters" pane to add filters or groupings to organize data by user, date, or other relevant fields.
To do this, click "Add Filter" and select fields related to login activity, such as "Login Date/Time".
Set the appropriate date range to track recent logins.
Add Fields to the Report:
In the "Outline" pane, add the necessary fields for tracking logins, such as:
Username
Login Date/Time
IP Address (if needed)
Login Status
Drag these fields into the report preview.
Run the Report:
Click the "Run" button to generate the report.
Review the data to ensure it meets your requirements.
Save the Report:
Once satisfied with the report, click "Save & Run".
Give the report a name and save it in the appropriate folder.
Schedule Report (Optional):
If you want to receive this report regularly, you can schedule it.
Click "Subscribe" and set the frequency, timing, and recipients.
