This article walks you through how to reset both your password and security question in the CRM.
If you’ve forgotten your password entirely and can’t log in, scroll to the bottom of the article for instructions on how to reset it directly from the login screen.
Changing Your Password and Security Question
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen, then choose Settings to access your profile settings.
Select Change My Password and complete the fields, then click Save.
Your password change is complete.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
At the login page, click the Reset Password link highlighted below.
Enter the Rethink username associated with your user profile, then click Continue.
Rethink Users:
For the question “In what city were you born?” the default answer is either Austin or Chicago.
Apto Users:
For the question “In what city were you born?” the default answer is Houston.
For the question “Name of your first pet?” the default answer is Fido.
You’ll receive an automated email—typically right away, but it may take up to 30 minutes—containing your username and a link to set a new password.
