How to Reset Your Password

This article will guide you through the process of resetting your password and security question for Buildout CRM.

Forgot your password altogether and need to reset it? Scroll down to the bottom of the article for steps on how to reset your password from the login prompt.

Changing Your Password and Security Question

If you're not having issues logging in to your account, then follow these steps to reset your password.

Access your profile settings by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner, then select Settings.

Select Change My Password and complete the desired fields, then click Save.

Your password change is complete!

Resetting a Forgotten Password

At the Rethink login page, click the Reset Password link highlighted below.

Enter the Rethink username associated with your user profile, then click Continue.

Rethink Users: If prompted with the security question "In what city were you born?" the default answer is 'Austin'.

Apto Users: If prompted with the security question "In what city were you born?" the default answer is 'Houston'.

If prompted with the security question "Name of your first pet?" the default answer is 'Fido'.

You will receive an automated email (usually immediately, but it can take up to 30 minutes) with your username and a link to set a new password.
