New Functionality
Ability to Modify GEOsearch Filters Within Rethink Settings
We added the ability to modify GEOsearch filter settings from within Rethink Search and also improved the browser display field naming conventions.
Previously, users could manage only the GEOsearch browser display fields from within Rethink Settings. With this improvement, users now have the ability to manage GEOsearch filter buttons (navigation filters and “More” filters) in Rethink Settings instead of having to manage these settings manually in Custom Settings.
Manage Activity Report Templates in Rethink Settings
We eliminated the need to modify complicated deal activity report settings in Salesforce metadata by introducing a new UI in Rethink Settings.
Now, users can click on Deal Activity Report Settings to easily create and manage their deal activity report templates.
Click Edit to modify an existing custom activity report template, or click on the [+] to create a new one.
Fields can be added to the report by clicking the [+] under each activity type. Empty sections will not be displayed on the report when the report is generated..
If there are multiple activity reports active for the same deal record type, a warning message will appear, and the user will be advised to deactivate one of them.
Ability to Omit Certain Activity Types From Activity Reports
Users can now omit irrelevant table columns from their reports by leaving those sections blank (no fields selected) in the activity report template in the new Rethink Settings UI.
“Add to List” Functionality Now Available for Inquiries/Requirements
Users now have the ability to add inquiries/requirements to lists in the same way they are used to for contacts, companies, properties, and deals.
Note: The “Add to List” button may need to be added to the Inquiry/Requirement list view action bar by a system administrator.
Ability to Apply Action Plans to Inquiries/Requirements in Lists
New functionality described above allows for users to add inquiries/requirements to Lists. Additionally, users can now apply Action Plans to these Inquiries/Requirements Lists.
Ability to Log Activities on Inquiries/Requirements
Activities (events, tasks, calls, emails) can now be created on inquiries via the Activity Panel.
