In Rethink, the location of a property will be displayed on a map under Property Gallery & Map according to the address you input in the property record.

Sometimes, the Google Maps location reflected on the map is incorrect or needs to be refreshed. Follow the steps in this help article to correct the location. Steps 1 through 4 must be carried out by the system administrator.

1) Go to Setup > Object Manager > choose Property.

2) Go to Page Layouts and select the layout you wish to modify. This process will need to be repeated for each page layout.

3) Find the Location field shown below.

4) Drag the Location field onto the layout below, then click Save.

5) Next, search for the property address in Google Maps. Right-click on the location pinpoint, then select What's here?

6) The Latitude and Longitude coordinates will appear. These coordinates can be copied and pasted to the Location field you just added to your properties page layout.

7) After entering the coordinates in the property record, click Save. The correct location will now be reflected on the map.
