This article lists some third-party solutions that our customers have found to work well with Rethink and Apto.

Outlook & GSuite

This integration is already included in your CRM subscription. Go to Setup > Einstein Activity Capture to set up the configuration The integration is self-service enabled using guidance from this tutorial.

Document Generation (alternatives to Nintex Drawloop and Conga)

A tool used for document generation. Users can install from the AppExchange. Free version available for the use of 2 templates.

E-Signature

Microsoft Teams

A special type of Salesforce license (Sales & Service Cloud) is required to integrate with Teams, and this license comes at an additional cost and must be purchased through Salesforce directly. The Teams integration itself is free, but the license is a prerequisite.

  • Level of Effort: Low

  • Key features: Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns, native to Salesforce, very good reporting (website tracking & benchmark against competitors), Google Adword integration, mobile app, Data.com integration, advanced SEO for all pages

  • Syncs with Contacts and Accounts (Companies);

  • Level of Effort: High

  • Key features: email marketing, lead management, marketing calendar, SEO, Social boost, CRM integration, 5 sales insight users, event marketing & webinars
