When considering adding a new user to the CRM, you'll need to check to ensure you have a license available. This article will step you through process of where to find this information.
1) Access the Setup menu
2) Search for Company Information in the quick find search box
3) In the Company Information page, locate the User Licenses section
4) Look for "Salesforce" and "Salesforce Platform" licenses.
Salesforce = system admin licenses
Salesforce Platform = user licenses
