A system administrator can add a new user in three easy steps:
Create the user account
Assign a series of permission sets
Assign a Rethink license

If the user will be integrating their email account (Outlook/Gmail) with Rethink, be sure to assign the "Standard Einstein Activity Capture" permission set as well (this is not mentioned in the video).
