Creating New Users in Rethink

A system administrator can add a new user in three easy steps:

  • Create the user account

  • Assign a series of permission sets

  • Assign a Rethink license

If your organization is using the Rethink + Showcase integration, please contact product support to request the user be added to the integration.

Note: Instructions for assigning permission sets are covered at the 1:40 mark in the video. If the user will be connecting their Outlook or Gmail account with Rethink, make sure to also assign the “Standard Einstein Activity Capture” permission set (this is not mentioned in the video).
