Step 1. Click on the Properties tab and select New.

Select the type of property you want to create.

Default Record Types are listed below, and hold information and fields specific to the property type that you choose:

  • Office

  • Industrial

  • Land

  • Multifamily

  • Portfolio

  • Retail

Step 2. After clicking Next, fill out the fields. Note that certain information is required when creating a new property (e.g. Property Name). Provide as much information as you can about the property.

If you do not have all the property information available at this time, no worries. You can always edit the record at a later date.

Click Save when done.
