Your storage is separated into two parts - Data Storage and File Storage. Data Storage contains all of your data within each object in Rethink, and File Storage will house your files in attachments, Documents and Chatter files (including user photos).

As you scroll down the Storage Usage page, you'll find your Current Data Storage Usage and Current File Storage Usage, broken down by Record Type so that you can easily see where your data is being used. This list will be ranked by percentage in descending order.

Below those sections, you'll also find your Top Users by Data Storage Usage and Top Users by File Storage Usage, so you can easily how much data/file usage each user is utilizing.

Each Rethink account comes with 10GB Data Storage and 1GB File Storage. If you need additional storage, please reach out to your Rethink account manager or support team to purchase additional 500MB blocks of storage.

Another tool you can use to track your file storage is Optimizer Report. This will provide you with a personalized, detailed PDF report with advice and recommendations about how you can improve your implementation. If your file storage is starting to reach its limit, it's a good idea to run Optimizer Report for tips on what you can do to decrease your usage and ensure you have enough storage for the information you need.
